Warranty Terms, Conditions, and Exclusions
This warranty applies only to LuxeFlush Pro Intelligent Heated Toilets purchased from authorized retailers and installed in residential applications within the United States and Canada. Commercial installations, including those in office buildings, retail spaces, restaurants, hotels, or other non-residential properties, are covered under a separate commercial warranty with different terms and must be specifically registered as commercial installations at the time of purchase. International purchases may be covered under region-specific warranties—contact your local authorized distributor for warranty terms applicable in your country.
The warranty coverage is void and all coverage rights are forfeit if the product is installed incorrectly, modified, or altered in any way from its original manufactured configuration. Use of unauthorized parts, accessories, or cleaning products may void warranty coverage at our discretion. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, or use contrary to the instructions provided in the user manual.
